If you ever wondered how the Design Guild Mark came to be, Design Insider recently featured a Q&A interview with Jonathan Hindle, founder of the Design Guild Mark.
Without giving too much of the detail away, the concept of the awards started in 2007 with 2008 being the first official awarding year. It’s hard to believe that next year will mark 15 years since we first started recognising excellence.
Today, Jonathan continues to actively support the Design Guild Mark by sponsoring the annually awarded Jonathan Hindle Prize, bestowed upon a design from each category recognised as ‘best in class’ by the judges. You can read the full interview here.
