PIROUETTE COAT STAND by Huw Evans and Campbell Thompson for The Conran Shop

CNC machining is used to shape the bespoke aluminium collars, which are later hand polished. The solid hardwood arm/leg components are constructed using a variety of woodworking processes. The arms of the coat stand feature an undulating shaped end for easy hanging of bags/ clothing and the multi-tiered hooks further stabilise the coat stand by lowering its centre of gravity.
